If you cut off the Best by/use by part of the package label and tape them on the bottom of the jars each time you you open a new one you have the information but it doesn't mess up the look of the pantry.
We were all over the place when we got back. Took us all ages. We flew back in Friday morning and Friday and Saturday night all three of us were wide awake from about 1am onwards. Bruce and I took turns to sleep during the day to catchup. Work soon sorted us though, and childcare for poor Zac.
We had no problems going over to Paris though.
